Online Sales Policy
Due to the special order nature of our merchandise, the following sales policies apply:
Most Bridal gowns and other Formal dresses are especially ordered from the manufacturer just for YOU after you have placed your order with us. Please allow plenty of time before your wedding date for delivery of your dress.
Typical manufacturer delivery times are up to 18 to 20 weeks Many times they are much faster but no shipping times can be guaranteed from the manufacturers. Other Formal wear styles can average 12 to 14 weeks for manufacturer delivery. Rarely, special circumstances can arise that can take longer but this is unusual. (Most Manufacturer have a good supply of most dresses on hand and can ship right away but this must be inquired of them. Other gowns are cut specially for your order and will take the full time.)
Upon receipt of the dress, We will then promptly ship your dress to you within two business days after it arrives in our store and we have inspected it for you.
If your time is short and there is not time to special order a dress Contact Us immediately. We probably have a Gown or Formal you will like in your size that we can ship to you immediately.
Robins Bridal Mart has approximately 300+ hanging wedding gowns alone in stock and over 400+ Formal wear dresses on hand. Additionally, If we don't believe you have ordered with enough time to special order from a Manufacturer, we will first try to contact you with options before we place your order as submitted.
Should this occur and we cannot reach you within a reasonable time period, we will place your order exactly as you have submitted it to us.
Robins Bridal Mart (or it's affiliates) will not be held liable for delays or situations beyond our control. We work very hard for you, our customer, to prevent any such delays or ordering problems, and our professional sales consultants can be reached daily at our Store Location 6 days a week for any questions. Robins Bridal Mart (or it's affiliates) will not be held liable for variations in color shades due to variations in Manufacturers color dye lots. That is beyond our control.
“Measure twice and order once”
Robins Bridal Mart (or it's affiliates) will not be held liable for Manufacturers size variations which can vary slightly -or- for a size that you have mistakenly ordered, -or- if your size has simply changed . This is beyond our control.
“Please measure yourself very CAREFULLY. Use only a CLOTH measuring tape for this purpose to get the right measurement! (It is best to have a professional or at least someone else help you with this.)”
Use the specific Manufacturer's size chart from the Collection containing your dress! This is very important! We will deliver to you the Manufacturers size that you order!

"Don't order your dress too small!!!"
There is a goodly amount of time between your order date and your actual wear date. Size fluctuations are simply a normal part of life for everyone, PLAN AHEAD FOR IT.
It is of the utmost importantance that proper measurements be taken before a gown is ordered!!! (Please, Please, Please!)
On average, you will need to go up 1 or 2 sizes than what you normally where in sportswear or street clothes. Bridal gowns are meant to have a close fit to the body so they tend to be cut smaller than sportswear. If you think you are “between sizes” get the larger size.
It is so much easier and the least expensive in alterations afterwards to have a larger dress “taken in” a little for a precise fit. It is the MOST expensive alteration to have your seamstress add material to a size that is just simply too small. This also adds much extra time and cost because that specific material has to be again ordered directly from the Manufacturer to match and dye lot variations can also occur so avoid this with careful measurements.
You MUST ALSO be measured while wearing good-fitting very similar undergarments or the exact undergarments you will be wearing beneath your gown! These little variations will change your measurements!
(ie: If you will be wearing a lace bra, measure while wearing lace. If you will be wearing a padded bra, measure with a padded bra. If the gown is backless and you will be wearing the “Invisible Bra” or no bra, have yourself measured like this.)”
No Returns or Exchanges can be made. All Sales are Final.
Cancellations can be made ONLY within 24 hours of original order. You order will be placed with the Manufacturer 24 hours after receipt of your order. Therefore, after 24 hours of original order all Internet sales become final, there is no cancellation option , and monies paid are non-refundable.
By completing this order, You, the customer, have stated that you have read and understood all these terms, caveats, and conditions, and furthermore that You unequivocally agree to be bound and obligated to the fulfillment of all these terms and agreements simply by submitting your completed order form which is a binding contract and carries full legal force of satisfaction thereof.
Currency is shown in US dollars. Sales tax applies only to orders shipped to addresses within the US State of Missouri and will be added to those orders only.
